Teachers use print scripts and give their students to read in order to improve their reading
speed as well as maintaining fluency when reading.
Listening to a child while he reads a favorite book.
Children are fond of reading books, articles in a gazette, an article in a magazine, journals
among other materials. When a child asks someone to listen while reading a favorite book, it's
always good to pay attention to that child. In doing so, the child gains the courage to read even in
presence of many people. Additionally, the child will create a positive attitude towards reading
hence loving education. Despite all the frustrations he gets when practicing how to read and
maintaining that flow, he is likely to continue practicing when the listener pays attention and
congratulate him for a good trial. It is advisable to praise a child whenever he tries his best in
doing something.
A better future requires a better foundation. When the foundation is weak, for example,
the foundation of a mansion, it is likely to collapse due to the heavy rains and even heavy winds,
this is the same way it is in child's life. If the child is not guided appropriately as he is raised up,
his future will not be good. This is the reason why when a child asks one to listen as he read a
novel or a certain article, one is supposed to listen attentively and correct whenever there is a
mistake.

It is not often to find a child who can read everything in class fluent without making a
mistake especially in lower levels in elementary education. This is because of their different
