You are the President of an athletic organization. This organization can be hypothetical.
Compose an essay, which can educate a group of interns working for your athletic organization.
For this assignment, please write a four to five (4 to 5) page essay in third person voice (avoid counting the title or reference pages within the paper's length requirement).
Your essay should include:
I. Introduction; (make certain to identify your athletic organization --- this organization can be hypothetical).
II. Explain the importance of each functional area (i.e., planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating) associated with your athletic organization. Also, provide one (1) example for each of the aforementioned functional areas in order to support information presented in this final essay.
1. Planning - "A functional area of management that includes defining organizational goals and determining the appropriate mean by which to achieve those desired goals" (Masteralexis, Barr, & Hums, 2015, p. 576).
2. Organizing - "A functional area of management that focuses on putting plans into action by determining which types of jobs need to be performed and who will be responsible for doing these jobs" (Masteralexis, Barr, & Hums, 2015, p. 575).
3. Leading - "A functional area of management that is the "action" part of management process; it involves a variety of activities, including delegating, managing differences, managing change, and motivating employees" (Masteralexis, Barr, & Hums, 2015, p. 572).
4. Evaluating - "A functional area of management that measure and ensures progress toward organizational objectives by establishing reporting systems, developing performance standards, observing employment performance, and designing reward systems to acknowledge successful work on the part of employees" (Masteralexis, Barr, & Hums, 2015, p. 569).

MACC, an athlete training club begun in 2015 with 15 members and since then, it has
grown bigger and has over 2000 subscribers per year. MACC offers several courses to the
subscribers in diverse and highly accommodative sessions. Various training services and courses
are offered at MACC and focus on bettering the welfare of athletes. MACC offers lessons on
various athletic activities such as injury prevention courses, kinesiology, immediate care, clinical
and medical diagnosis, rehabilitation, athletic professionalism, and treatment of conditions
suffered or experienced during athletics. With all these activities in place, managerial aspects
play critical role since there must be coordination and alignment of activities and persons to meet
the schedules and the overall goal of the organization. The management of these activities calls
