Explanation & Answer

Good evening! Attached is the final answer, although you may need to provide appropriate citations in the first paragraph since I did not have access to your textbook. However, I did run it through a plagiarism detector and it detected no plagiarism, but if you would like to be safe, I would try to include some citations from your textbook to validate the claims made in the first paragraph! psychologists Richard Yerkes and Lewis Terman, the tests were designed “to improve selection,
placement, and training for specific occupations within the US army during the First World War”
