Social Media and the Modern Impact of Informatics
This study is conducted to analyze the use of social media by the employees and how they use it
to make the different decisions and policies for the organization. The study is divided into three
parts and each part is discussing the issue related to the use of social media and its impact on the
employees. In the first part, the hospital policy is developed based on the use of social media
usage. And the ethical and legal liabilities of the Navy hospital case are also discussed in this
part. Moreover, the second part presents the case in which the employers consider the social
media usage of employees before hiring them and making any decision. The third part includes
the discussion of the relationship between the accreditation decisions, reimbursements, quality of
care, and informatics.
