Teachers have adapted to following a certain criterion to aid in the administering of tests; there is
however no guarantee the process works every time. Over time however; they have to get
accustomed to working overtime, so they burry themselves in their work: notice they do this
alone without aides. There are things that you have to adapt to in your line of work and you
eventually become adept in them: doing work that you were not hired for; representing your
superiors in mettings they don’t want to go to; working on weekends and holidays sometimes are
just a few of them.
