Children below the Age of Ten Should not Own Phones.
Introduction

Before the discovery of phones, communication between people who were far apart was
impossible. It took a person many days or hours to send a letter to their intended

parents.

with people in their environment (Lee & Ogbolu, 2018).

Smartphones are addictive. A smartphone causes addiction, which implies that a child
would be tempted to use it even in places where they are not supposed to be using it.

Smartphones ruin the relationships parents have with their children. A child may get
addicted to online games, thus neglecting to do his/her other tasks. A smartphone can
lead to indiscipline among children since they will refuse to play, eat, or clean their mess.

The children begin to fail tests since they are not attentive in class. A child may ignore
