Your Chief Executive Officer has requested a six to eight-page summary of your recommended initiatives.

Write a 6-8 page paper in which you:
- Analyze three (3) quality initiatives for your organization.

For an efficient development, all organizations dealing with insurance should consider
the human services quality as an essential element to compel. On the other hand, through the
management of insurance entities, it is possible to curb the rise of ill reputations against health
amenities and win the trust of many patients. A health insurance company that can attract
customers or rather patients to get treatment is consequently able to reap more profits than the
one that cannot. Therefore, a high-quality examination officer should improve the minimal scope
of watching patients in a medicinal service firm. This article is a recommendation for the
initiatives that can be put into place to raise the decreasing quality of patient healthcare services

Quality Initiatives
These are the actions that are to be employed to improve the current condition of the
social insurance institutions all in the bid to bring about new points of focus or rather new
objectives that are more accurate to achieve better results. In many instances, the presence of
less prepared attendants and other employees, the minimal participation of the members of the
society as well as the use of traditional therapeutic technology have been the main causes of the

Improved Technology on Medicare: Through the application of remedies such as
remedial and indicative directories, the level of human service quality can be improved. For
instance, it would be wise to procure life-saving and the secure x-ray machines whereby they
would come in handy in rescuing the lives of patients under serious health conditions. Another

as the colon without harming the body of the patients. Other technological initiatives can be
implanted in the institution to ensure that the needs of the patients are satisfied to their
