So from figure , we get

Tan (theta) = Height / Base

Putting the values, we get

Tan (75 deg) = Height / 12

Height = 12 * Tan(75 deg)

Height = 12 * 3.732

Height = 44.784

Or 

Height = 45 feet      approximately
