Grading Criteria for the Paper:

A grading rubric will be used to assess research papers. The following criteria will be used to guide the grading of the research papers:

Requirements:

1. The body of the paper should be very concise (3 total pages), double spaced, using 12 pt. font. The paper must also follow APA guidelines (with the following exceptions : No Title Page or Abstract is required).

2. Papers to be posted in Canvas by the deadline specified in the assignment. Note: When students submit their work, it will automatically be checked by Turnitin. The “similarity” percentage should not exceed 20% (green color). Note that it is best to primarily use your own thoughts when writing and to paraphrase source material rather than using direct quotes. However, you still need to support your work with APA style source citations in the body of the paper and a reference page. Therefore, you should expect to see some measure of similarity given the use of sources from previously published academic articles and similar works.

3. The paper must include a reference section, and appropriately cite (using APA guidelines) a minimum of 3 outside resources, comprised of peer-reviewed journal articles/scholarly business journals. The use of the course textbook as a resource/reference should be avoided or very minimal. Wikipedia is not considered an acceptable source for the purpose of this paper. The Troy University Library has excellent databases for you to access literature for the paper.

The current onset of globalization and advancement has made the business
organizations alert about the market competition and the importance of employees in the
organizations.
Literature Review:
In this section, the findings and results from various authors' research on the topic of
employee engagement will be discussed. The topic is quite vast, and it is seen that there are
various dimensions of employee engagement on which the work has already been done, and
there are others that are to be worked on yet. Despite all this, employee engagement has been

Choosing the right leadership approach can increase employee engagement in the
