1) Arrays are very helpful when you are dealing with large amount of data. Arrays will help you to excute commands in a simple for loop to access its data.

2) Data priorities are given depending on their usage.

a) If you use a specific data everyday like work, you can dock those data files/folders to your dock/ start menu.

b) If you use it regularly but not frequently, then you can put them in their respective drives
