Challenges associated with change management process for an IT security
Any change that is introduced in the company is associated with different challenges. In
addition to that, different challenges are associated with the change management process in an
organization. Different challenges are associated with the change management process in the
organization. Firstly, the challenge that has been regarded as one of the significant challenges is
noted to be people challenge. This is noted to be the toughest to handle as a result of how complex
it is. It is regarded as the key to the success of any change management process in an organization.
Personal challenges are associated with cultural differences, psychological issues, and employees'
intentions (Gurkha, 2011).
