x4 +4x2y3+y2=2y

4x3+8x y3+4x2*3y2 dy/dx+ 2y dy/dx = 2 dy/dx

dy/dx *(12x2y2+2y-2) = (4x3+8xy3)

dy/dx = -(4x3+8xy3)/ (12x2y2+2y-2)

dy/dx at (1,-1) =  -(4-8) /(12-2-2) = 4/8 = 0.5
