Today, change is the only imperative. It is instrumental for the alignment of business
strategies with the external events and evolutions to remain competitive in the industry (Beblavý,

adopting various changes to accommodate the general shifts in the global business arena. The
current memo will explore various fundamentals of change and innovation; the importance of

Importance of Change and Innovation
Even when there are overtly good reasons for the change, people always tend to be
reluctant when considering workplace transformations. The organizational might go to the extent
