As a leader, I have had some smooth and rough days in my day-to-day management. Good
news is that my current leadership role has proven to be of significance to the firm, judging from
when I started assuming my role and position (Gleeson,2015). I have been approachable,
engaging; I take into consideration all opinions that are presented and, as a result, have
manifested absolute results for the firm, which has brought success to the firm and into the
