A public organization belongs to the government, including city, county, state, and
federal agencies. Leadership positions in these organization are developed by following a set of
laws and regulations that are in place for that purpose. Public organisations' goods and services
are equally needed by the people living within a country, state or city. Some of these goods
include defence, internet, mail services, vaccines, roads, and bridges. These goods are public,
therefore offered by the government and are paid for using taxes.
A private organization could be a person, partnership, corporation or agency that is not
controlled by a public body. Public organizations are self-sustaining, and even though they are
built on federal property, the people running them do not act in any government capacity (Zhu,
Wang, & Bart, 2016). The private sector services include employment for jobs such as
hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, financial services, and other non-governmental jobs.
Employees in a private organization are paid using part of the profit the organization makes.
Charitable organizations are also known as foundations or charities and are categorized
under non-profit organizations. A charitable organization can be run either publicly or privately,
and it is primarily based on public interest, education and religion. These organizations are meant
to provide food, shelter, education, and other necessities to less privileged individuals. The laws
