We have been reading a book in class called, "Life, the Universe, and Everything" by Ric Machuga. He argues for an immaterial, divine informer of the universe that relies on several principles.

They would see this question in terms of mass itself and not the elements that create matter. Therefore, in order to create the information, one must evaluate the data first as data creates information. This is a theoretical concept that claims or is interpreted as matter creates elements which is then analyzed to create the information. Thus, matter alone cannot create information.
