You do a nice job to discussing each section at a high level but you never get to the issues presented in the case study. The most obvious is in the data collection section. There were two exhibits that you need to analyze and make some observations. They were not even mentioned. in the data culture section there was an overview but the questions that were posed in the instructions were missed. The biggest question is why and they collecting the data that they are collecting what are the risks and rewards and what are they trying to inform? A more important point is the issue of data. In today’s world there is almost an endless array of data that you can collect. You need to be clear on why you are collecting the data. What are the key questions you are trying to answer? In the recommendations section there are no recommendations. What do you propose to do and how do you propose to do it. How do you take the data from the other sections to reinforce what you intend to recommend. Recommendations without any data to reinforce it will have little credibility. If you want to take another stab at this I will regrade. If you need soem help just ask.
