Question description

Test to see which of your ears has better hearing by covering one ear and finding how far away your open ear can hear the ticking of a clock; repeat for the other ear. Try forming a cone around your open ear with your hand or a piece of paper to see how the sound changes. Using the principles introduced in Chapter 10 as well as internet resources, describe how sound travels, and the properties of sound waves that we detect. Summarize your observations in a 3-5 paragraph essayon sound.
