Yup. Human error can be introduced in any part of the process in which humans are involved. So by taking out the calculation steps and giving them to a computer to do, a human would not make a careless mistake in that part, thereby limiting human error to the input steps.
Still have to check that the output is correct, checks and balances do not naturally go away just because some part of the process is automated.
