personal level it has both long term and short term effects. An employed individual faces a
low standard of living due to reducing or no income during the short term period. In long
term, it is easy for individuals to lose their professional skills and suffer negative effects to
both mental and physical health.
When unemployment goes on for long it can cause a rise in a society having an antiimmigration tendency and also they might end up being protective on those jobs available.
When the society turns to a protectionist tendency it might result in damaged or altered
economy, high rates of unemployment are seen to correlate with a rise in the rate of crimes
and also lower volunteer services. Individuals who have been unemployed for long may opt
