Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) – is what in your own words.

Developmentally appropriate practice is  a learning approach where a teacher or caregiver involves their research on childhood development to nurture a child's social. physical and other aspects of cognitive development. the teacher or caregiver, does this by utilizing the theories of child development and identification of individual child strength via authentic assessments and use of the child's cultural background defined by his community,the family structure or history.
