Introduction
The importance of organizational culture cannot be overemphasized in the current era when
companies aim to create their own identity in the local and global markets. The organizational
culture of an organization describes certain values that are entrenched in its operational framework
(Watkins, 2013). It is, therefore, possible to identify products and personnel from companies with
strong organizational cultures based on their external characteristics. These values capture all
aspects of an organization and aim to bring all operational elements including employees and
customers together for the creation of a common brand (Rick, 2014).
How an Organization’s Culture Might Reflect its Established Values
The culture of an organization provides a framework that guides its employees and
customers regarding certain social and psychological aspects of their behavior (Watkins, 2013).
The employees and customers through their actions, therefore, become a marketing tool that the
organization may use to portray its values to society members (Cancialosi, 2015). The
