In planning phase, a lot of decision making is involved on the strategies and goals of the
organization while in the implementation phase, no much of decision making but rather all modes to
execute the implementation of the plans. Planning phase involves laying down of forces to execute the
plan while implementing phase involves applying forces during the execution. This therefore makes
strategic planning phase an entrepreneurial based activity unlike the implementation phase which leans
more on the administration side of it. In the planning phase the decision making team insists on the
effectiveness during execution, but when it comes to implementation phase, the team involved mainly
emphasize on efficiency.
The planning phase only involves table work and no operations are conducted to ensure
