There are different world rulers that shaped the history as it is today. These rulers came
from various cultural backgrounds and some were female and some male. One such great leader
is Ramses II who often is referred to as “Ramses the Great” (Freed, 1987). Another ruler that had
a significant impact in the world’s history is Constantine the Great. Ramses II ruled in a different
cultural setup as compared to Constantine. Both Ramses II and Constantine served in places with
different cultures, they were both pagans, and definitely there is something modern day business
and political leaders can learn from them.
According to Lenski (2007), Constantine the Great ruled in the Roman Empire.
Apparently, his landmark was being the first Christian emperor (Lenski, 2007). Notably, he was
one who was fond of war. It is noted that he was often in battle between Syria and Britain. Being
a Christian emperor, he would also meet with Church councils along those routes. He also made
much effort to mint coins and also build basilicas all over those routes. Having started off as a
