I try to exercise at least twice a week only i dont always have the time since most of the time im busy working and going to school as i am pursuing my masters. Only jogging and a combination of walking is very good and helpful to stay in shape. I would say school would make it hard for me to exercise every week as i am studying non-stop but to improve in this area i just have to find a way to make time to exercise if i want to live longer.
