I have to try and not eat that much junk food. I have to try and eat healthier foods like vegetables and not that greasy foods. I would like to try and make myself some more home made healthy meals instead of eating so much garbage if i want to live longer. I feel its not just me everyone has to find a way to eat and stay healthy by using good dieting habits and only eat fast food like hamburgers and pizza every now and then. So we can live just a little longer. Fruits and eggs with some less greasy meat is also helpful.
