Auto Liability Limits. Do you know the liability limits on the automobile insurance policy under which you are covered? Are the limits appropriate?

Nov 28th, 2014

The liability limits on my policy are $125,000 property damage and $250,000 bodily injury damage.  This means that the insurance company will pay up to $125,000 for damaged property and up to $250,000 for medical bills.  The $250,000 bodily injury limit might not be enough however if more than one person in the other car was involved in the crash-- a medical bill can easily reach $250,000 per person.
