undefinedModule 3: Value chain management: an overview
undefinedYour review should be based ONLY on three (3) journal articles. In selecting these research papers follow the following steps:

AGRC7050 Agribusiness Value Chain Management Article Review
Introduction
Various players and sectors influence a country's economy. Agriculture is one of the most
common and essential sectors defining the economic trends witnessed within a country. This
sector offers the ideal framework for defining the best ways to empower the community while
reducing food insecurity risks. However, its success is influenced by various factors that range
from the available resources to the created value. Agribusiness is a sector that continues to
influence community trends in achieving the desired goals when considering growth and
empowerment. This sector plays a crucial role in defining the ideal framework for ensuring
maximum growth and development within the larger community. One of the main issues that
arise in the sector reflects the underlying trends when considering value creation and the
relationships between various stakeholders connected with accomplishing a common goal. The
value chain in agriculture defines some of the main actors involved in the production process
when considering consumer goods' delivery from start to finish. As diverse authors have argued,
the value chain has argued a complex relationship between various stakeholders connecting the
producers and the consumers. This project is driven by articles obtained from the recent research
on agribusiness value chain management offered by authors like Keshelashvili (2018),
Rodríguez-Monroy, Prado-Carpio, Martínez-Soto & Morris-Díaz (2020) and Aji, (2020). These
articles offer the ideal approach for understanding the role played by value chain management
and supply chain optimization within the agribusiness sector to maximize consumer gains. On
the same note, these articles can be used to reference the current interventions issued and offered
within the market to ensure maximum returns for consumers, farmers and the involved third

operating returns, profits and gains.
The selected articles and theme
Numerous themes have been covered throughout the course. One of the most common
themes offered through the three modules relates to value chain management in agribusiness.
Agribusiness offers a chance for developing strategies for boosting products and services
delivery while reducing the risks associated with poor performance. On the same note, it is worth
noting that the success achieved in dealing with the arising issues of concern has been influenced
by the connection between the major stakeholders in agriculture in delivering value to
consumers. This section has selected value chain management as the ideal theme because it can
be used to create solutions for handling future trends and demands in the industry concerning
food security and sustainability. This section has selected three articles mentioned above that
