The way I cope with stress is by exercising or talking a walk at the park or the beach to clear my mind. I also like to pray and try to keep myself busy by reading a book etc. Another thing that helps and that i totally recommend is to talk to a counselor or clinical psychologist. There are trained to listen to whatever your going thru. They are not there to criticize you when in fact besides them listening to you they can give you positive advice and try to find a solution to your problems. I also like to talk to my friends and family but only the supportive and positive ones. Stay away from negative people.
