The criteria for the selection of the team members to go to Mars entailed identifying the
strong points of every team member in various aspects that would be vital for the mission. The

to be successful, the team members that get selected must have the highest level of expertise in
specific areas to ensure efficient delivery when their knowledge becomes necessary during the
