Question description

Watch the Stephen Colbert video on the GOP survey.

http://thecolbertreport.cc.com/videos/heku72/rnc-young-voters-survey

This is a satirical video from a satirical show.  However, satire can help us to explore some issues.  In this case, we'll be exploring a political survey.

1. Was the age verification sufficient in the GOP survey?  How could this verification be improved?

2. Response choices in fixed response surveys should be exhaustive and mutually exclusive.  Was this the case for the GOP questions?  If not, provide one example and how it is not exhaustive and mutually exclusive.

3. Colbert provides an example of a double-barreled question.  What is the definition of a double barreled question?

4. Below, revise the double-barreled question (hint: you might have to use more than one survey question).
