Description
1. Please create an annotated bibliography of the works you will be using for your critical paper. The bibliography should include at least fifteen (15) entries of a broad variety of references, including general works, specific works, journal articles, magazines, scores, recordings (including CD and DVD), and web materials.
2. ANNOTATIONS should state why each entry is pertinent and useful to your project. They should try to:
§ Indicate the scope of the source
§ Summarize the source, including any hypotheses
§ Evaluate the source’s strengths and weaknesses
The purpose of your annotation is indicate your evaluation of whether or not you need this work to support the thesis of your paper. Therefore, your bibliography is not only about the quantity, but the quality of your entries.
3. Most of them must search from https://library.sjsu.edu
4. ENTRIES in the bibliography should be in the Chicago Manual style, with entries in alphabetical order by author’s last name and in “hanging” paragraph style.
