Nondirective interview has the interviewer allowing the applicant with maximum amount of
freedom to determine what the course of discussion will be by asking broad and general
questions and the applicant speaks without interruption, the structured interview in the other
hand has a number of set questions done earlier and does not give the chance for the applicant to
talk of braid things. The situational interview the applicant is supplied with a hypothetical
situation and given the chance to respond to it and show how he or she could handle it and just
like the structural interview, is more restrictive. The behavioral descriptive interview focus on
only the actual work situations of the applicants past and how he or she responded to it and
assumes what the interviewee did in the past will depict who they are and as the situational
analysis interview, it measures the judgement capacity of the applicant.
