In my best knowledge, I believe this question is saying how can we become better in our own organizational efforts. This question is all about you and your personal thinking of how someone should act in a organization. For example, I like to keep my life organized by making lists of things to do and keeping my work desk labeled. By doing so, I am able to clearly see things that need get done. This helps me be more efficient in my work for the organization and live with less stress. Being a member in a organization, respect and cooperation are two major factors that can successfully lead a group. An organization will contain many members with many different views on topics. It is in everyone's best interest to listen well, communicate openly, and compromise on topics. By doing so, this will help an individual become a better member of their organization.
