American football is very rough, which attracts its fans due to the hard hits. Hard hits and
the possibility of injury are part of what makes the game amusing and exciting to its fans.
American Football is too brutal and should be abolished in the United States. People all over the
United States rarely involve themselves with American football due to the high risks of traumatic
head injuries. Besides, most college students that play American football are not even paid
enough money to play the sport, yet they risk their lives and mental health as they play.
American football players depict massive bone-crushing hits often that pose high risks to the
players involved. American football should be abolished as most of its players finally suffer from
brain damages and also begin abusing drugs and substances and aggressive towards their close
family and friends leading to domestic violence.
Former American football players suffered from brain damages due to concussions.
Through playing American football, most players risk their lives in the line of their careers, and
they end up suffering both mentally and physically due to internal damages. However, football is
both cherishable and notorious for its unapologetic and brutal force of violence. During their
game career, most footballers experience whacks to their heads which have consequences.
Football players finally suffer from extreme traumatic brain injuries (Markovits). Due to
consistent blows to their heads, they suffer from concussions which is a very severe risk to their

impacts the brain, ordinarily induced by trauma to the brain. Football is a direct contact kind of

practices and the actual game. Concussions are caused by a direct blow to the head or indirect
impact on an individual's body, leading to neurological impairments that are likely to resolve
