customers, suppliers, and partners”.
Why use it? The goal of the statement is to position a promise and justify this promise. The
promise formalizes the consumer benefit and set the mood and tone for the future campaign. The
promise also reflects the advantages offered to consumers in order to encourage them to buy,
test, use the product or more widely the communication offer. The objective is to stimulate the
