According to the document, United States of America will remain to be the unsafe environment for habitat and most specifically the now- Americans in the country. The statement of Donald Trump is much clear that he will not tolerate with foreigners who are living illegally in the country. Therefore, most of the black individuals have regarded the environment to be unsafe for habitat. According to the statistics of the film, some figures such of Henry Louis Gate and Angela that was named after the 13th amendment of the constitution, said that there is the likelihood that there is a stark line between the institution of slavery and at the same time the incarceration of the black individuals in the United States of America. The election will determine the shape of America. However, there is the indication that America will be unsafe habitat for Africans. Therefore, the safety of America is alldependent on the race and color you are associated with. If you are an individual of the white origin and in the country, America is a safe place for stay. Besides, there was the opening of the New York film festival that had a positive review and persuasive forces. However, according to the study of the criminal justice, the law has been blamed for sending increased numbers of African Americans to prison. Therefore, according to the document, it is true that America is not a safe place habitat mostly for the black Americans. It is much difficult to believe a footage of an old black person who was being attacked by the mob. However, what is much brutal in the film is that there is inclusive of the photos of the black individual who was murdered in front of police officers. This is because, there is increased numbers of footages that indicates that even though the world is fighting for racism, it is still in the blood of the whites and it will remain much hard for the black to survive in America and therefore continue to be the unsafe environment for habitat. Therefore, this is a view that the war of racism was over, but the Africans are finding life difficult in foreign countries and particularly America and it has been rated to be unsafe environment for survival. The situation is said to be even worse when Trump is to be announced to be the president of America. Corrupt institution Surname 4 Apart from being an unsafe environment, there is an indication that there will be the existence of the corrupt institution in America. Most of the public and private institution in America has been regarded to corrupt institution. It has been confirmed that only four percent of federal cases goes to trial, this is because the matters are negotiated plea bargains. In addition, the consideration on the war on drugs that puts individuals of color behind bars and cases associating drugs and police is negoatiatable if a white American. Therefore, police has been rated to be the great department with high corruption. This indicates that the ruling of the day will not be fair and it will be full of corruption. The individuals who will be affected by the corrupt institutions will be the black people. In the documentary, DuVernay relates about the corrupt organization through inclusive of the both of the presidential candidates. Previously, according to the documentary, both the presidential candidates are not viable for this position. This is because they have been attributed to be involved in scandals that indicate that America will have increased corrupt institution in future. Therefore, according to the documentary, both the presidential candidates are not viable for the position due to their increased need for the corrupt institution in America in the past (Peck & Ava DuVernay. Pp, 47). Business Enterprises Surname 5 Besides, because America will be the unsafe environment and corrupt institution, there is the likelihood that there will be reduced business enterprises in the country. This is because traders and investors will fear to invest their resources in the country due to its unsafe and corruption attributes in the country. Therefore, the business enterprises in the country will not be favorable for investors. However, it will depend on the presidential candidates to be elected as the president of America. For business enterprises to remain viable there is the need of having changes that will increase the faith of investors on matters of business enterprises. In addition, the prison is always regarded to be places where rehabilitation of individuals is conducted. This is because most of individuals have been transformed due to the establishment of the prisons. It has helped in the steam lining of the law if exercised fairly according to the law that governs it. In conclusion, these three elements that include hazardous environment, corrupt institution and at the same time business enterprises indicates that America need changes that are of importance for the success of the country. The documentary came into existence in the best time when America was engineering for the presidential election.
