Stress will cause illness if the person is just thinking about that down thing, as we can see in the depression patients. They take all the stress, sometimes which is baseless; and detroit their mental health. Sometimes, it effects the physical health too in either way, as some persons cut off their meals or some start eating much more.on the other hand, if get proper advice on appropriate time then they are out of it.
