If you are asking what is P(A) prime (or the opposite), it is 1 - P(A) 1 - 0.6 = 0.4.  since all probabilities must equal 1, if P(A) = x, then P(A) prime is 1 - x.  P(A) prime in notation would have a bar over the P(A) in the parenthesis to indicate "prime".
