write an essay about race relations in America of that period (1900 -1908)
On 16 October 1901, shortly after moving into the White House, Theodore Roosevelt invited Booker T. Washington, President of the Tuskegee Institute, to dine with him and his family, and provoked an outpouring of condemnation from southern politicians and press. This reaction affected subsequent White House practice, and no other African American was invited to dinner for almost thirty years. That dinner and subsequent racial issues affecting Roosevelt during his presidency are recorded in Edmund Morris’, Theodore Rex. Your assignment is to read Chapters 1-10, 16-18, and 28-31 of that book. Then, write an essay about race relations in America of that period (1900 -1908) that incorporates the concepts of Social Darwinism, “survival of the fittest’, integration, and segregation involving both African Americans and Japanese Americans. You must define Social Darwinism, “survival of the fittest’, integration, and segregation and identify the ideological positions of Roosevelt and Washington regarding segregation and integration. Your essay must include both Northern and Southern views; identified in the book, of the dinner and what effects it would have on race relations of the era. You must also include your opinion of which policy; integration or segregation, would work best in the society of that period. The essay must be at least five (5) paragraphs, include definitions of the four terms, describe the ideological positions of Roosevelt and Washington, and include your opinion of the “best” or “only” policy and why your policy; either integration of segregation, would be the better policy.MLA FORMAT, TIMES ROMAN,DOUBLE LINE SPACING,FRONT SIZE 12

How reliable do you believe this source to be as an accurate account of what happened? Is it an account more favorable to the nobles or the peasants? Are there any possible connections between the onset of the Black Death in 1347 and the revolt of the French peasants in 1358? If so, what are they?

Assignment: Workshop Planning: Fostering Motivation Through Culturally Responsive Practices
While research has supported the influence of culture on learning and motivation, it is only recently that educational and psychological researchers have begun to discover that their research-based constructs may not apply uniformly to everyone. Effective leaders promote the understanding of both common and unique learning and motivational characteristics of every learner, including those characteristics related to learners with diverse backgrounds, strengths, and challenges. Such leaders also advocate adapting curriculum and teaching and learning strategies to build on the strengths and meet the needs of every learner. For this Assignment, you will examine the relationship between culture, learning, and motivation in an educational context you serve or aspire to serve.
To prepare for this Assignment, review culturally responsive education practices in the resources in this course and/or from your own literature searches. Review module resources for key conceptual findings of the relationship between motivational theory and culturally responsive education practices. Analyze innovative learning projects described in the media in this module through the lenses of motivation theory and culturally responsive practices.
Assignment:
You have been asked to develop and present a workshop session at a professional conference being held at a local university. The subject of your session is to describe the relationship between culturally responsive education practices and motivational theory. You decide that your session will include the following components:
Three culturally responsive practices that positively impact motivation.
How innovative learning initiatives can reduce culturally-based barriers and support motivation to learn with examples of learning initiatives from the media resources in the current course you are taking for your postgraduate degree.
Guiding principles that address the culturally responsive needs of your organization and ensure culturally responsive, motivational learning in the education context you serve or hope to serve. Use and cite resources from the course you are currently taking as well as those from your own reading.
