As a senior manager in the position of the functional area represented in the human
resource management, the two additional positions required will include the employees’ relations
manager and the recruiting director.
The new positions will serve different essential functions in the facilitation of the
efficiency of workflow in the department. The recruiting manager will assist in the efficient
selection of the employees who suit a particular job. The relations manager will minimize
workload for the upper managerial bodies by handling minor issues with the employees
efficiently.
With the two new positions, we shall increase administrative efficiency concerning the
quality of recruits and standards of the employees’ relations that will improve the overall firm
efficiency.

With the current number of employees, we shall require increasing the number by three
in the existing organizational chart of the finance and accounting. Among them is a financial
analyst, to help manage and analyze daily financial transactions of the firm in an impartiality
basis. The other two employees will include the accounts receivable clerk and the accounts
payable clerk. The accounts receivable clerk will assist in handling of the cash gained from the
sales. This will be resultant from the need of the growing business that requires separate handling
of the sales. As a result, there will be no mix up in the checks-and-balances program. The
accounts payable clerk will serve the same purpose but on the receivable accounts to minimize
contradictions in the growing business needs.
