Health education from my point of view it is one of the most important areas for
the students. All I learned was fabulous. Classes that have been studied were
important from the educational, health and psychological. Therefore, the task of
health education courses in the study. Some related diseases was found on campus
and students in heedless about this. We've gained from this course a lot of information
which is considered a treasure of the people who owned an example ABC life know
the classification of health and how to divide and Pressures tension and how to control
them.
ABC Life is the most important treasure of treasures that I have learned in this
course. ABC life the most important logic or theory followed by a man in his practical
and scientific and life learner person of life's lessons. It expected that all human
beings have looked for life with a different perspective and open mind. I have learned
from this ABC Life Course Health Education and became apply it in all my life. And
forgotten so that the ABC of life related to the pyramid of the results the experiment
and then believing and then deeds and recent results. ABC life taken from them each
character's actions and behavior, which then pick later decisions and influence the
future.
Determine of health education I had no knowledge until I took health education
course. I have learned that health education be divided into six sections as follows
physical health, mental health, social health, emotional health, spiritual health, and
environmental health. Physical health is what the function of the body. That includes
the right to healthy eating and health habits in eating. Mental health is what has
happened in your daily life is the impact on your health. Social Health What effect
when contacting family or friends. Emotional health and express your feelings are
positive or spiritual A.health is what your life with religions or group that is joining
some work and values that suggest this .health environmental group is surrounding us
like water, air and food. I did not expect to be all that fall under the categories of
health education. This is the second lesson I learned in the course of health education.
Health and behavior of the most important things in health education. The campus,
which all students should know about some of the health behaviors. Spread at high
speed some health ailments and some of them serious. An example of this practice of
unprotected sex, which can transmit some serious diseases such as AIDS and is the
most dangerous diseases that are transmitted by sex. And also not neglect that viruses
and bacteria.
Stress management is the subject of research that have worked on it.Stress is a
physical, mental, or emotional response to events that causes bodily or
mental tension. Simply put, stress is any outside force or event that has and
effect on our body or mind. During my studies this semester research was
wonderful benefited from it a lot of personal terms. I knew how was chased tension
and how to control them. Way at the time of the tests that afflict most of the students
control. And also I have learned a special technique Relax, which provides deep
breathing and massage. Some of the latest technique according to which, for example,
exercise, running, yoga.
In the end, this is some of which I have learned from this course and it was
useful for me. If that prepared this course other time i want to do the
presentation better than that it has been presented. I hope that there will be
some of the activities offered outside the class to make some important
activities and works to motivate students.
