Executive summary
Wolf Motors is a dealership that deals with vehicles and automobiles. It is owned by John
Wolf who upon returning from returning from a visit to one of the recently acquired
automotive dealership. This new acquisition seem to excite Mr Wolf to a great extent. The
client and metropolis base was very huge. A network that is able to hold around 400,000
people is one that can support lots of business. With a history of each of the dealerships
within the two adjacent metropolis being a case of them operating autonomously does
definitely imply that the rate of doing business is faster due to less need for consultation from
the control offices on matters that can be directly handled by the branch managers. Another
reason for the excitement does arise from the fact that the new dealership is the first of a kind
since it’s basically an auto supermarket which gives it a larger scope of duty. Auto
supermarkets are unique due to the fact that they do deal in multiple auto dealerships as
compared to traditional dealerships. The new dealership does sell a complete line of Nissans,
Chevrolets and even Volkswagens.

The second measure can be said to be banked on marketing that did provide the
customers with a “hassle-free buying experience”. Each and every automobile had a
tag that could be said to be “one price-lowest price” which enabled the customers to

browse through the dealership without the disturbance of a salespers...
