g of x equals negative (x plus three_ squared plus 4. I need help graphing it and describing the transformations it makes

This is a tranformation of the basic parabola function f(x) = x^2

First you to FLIP the curve upside down because of the negative sign in front.

Then, you have to SHIFT the curve to the LEFT 3 units because of the (x+3) term

Finally, you have to RAISE the whole curve UP 4 units because of the plus 4 at the end of the function.
