Description

I drive the car for 10 minutes and it stops and won't start. Let it cool off and it starts. I checked for spark when it didn't start and it didn't have spark. I had a similar problem with a Buick and it was the crankshaft sensor. I was wondering if it could be the coil getting hot and shorting.

Explanation & Answer

Check the plug wires for burn marks or currosion, if nothing then most likely the coilpack has a shot or bad rotter.
