Choose one of the following presentation deliverables:

  • An 8- to 10-narrated slide presentation, with appropriate graphics
  • A written business proposal (approximately two pages)
  • Another deliverable approved by your faculty member

if you submit slides, be sure to include speaker notes.

Don't forget to submit references; these are required for all assignments

Problem

The Convenience store is experiencing problems tracking sales with the use of traditional
paper sales tickets and spreadsheets. There has also been a trend whereby the most popular items
often face a shortage at the store before the less popular ones are even close to getting finished.

Proposed Solution

The best solution to this kind of problem is an automated inventory system that will be
able to keep track of every single item in the store as well as their trend of selling out. Once this
is known it will be possible to replace the item in the store before a shortage occurs. The
automatic inventory management system will also do the following:

Increases efficiency
