Now you can factor out the mass. 

a = g sinθ - μ g cosθ 

See...I told you we wouldn't need the mass! We can also simplify the right side a bit... 

a = g(sinθ - μ cosθ) 

1.11 m/s² = (9.81 m/s²)(sin37º - μ cos37º) 

1.11 m/s² = (9.81 m/s²)(0.602 - μ(0.799)) 

0.113 = (0.602 - μ(0.799)) 

-0.489 = -μ(0.799) 

μ = 0.612
