The history and growth of the company
Atyab Bakery is one of the largest and the most new bakeries recently opened and
operated in Oman. Atyab bakeries opened as the largest industrial bakery in Barka and
have the capacity to produce over 200 varieties of products including fresh and frozen
items, and snack items under one roof. The bakery has an achievement of the HACCP
and ISO22000 food safety and health certifications as well. Besides, this company has
been groundbreaking in the region of the Gulf region because of its production potentials
as well as strategic location.
Through automation and employment of the most recent baking innovations,
Atyab bakery has been producing both frozen and fresh bakery products and snacks as
well. The hourly production of the company is approximately 24,000 buns, 12, 000
Arabic bread, and 5,000 sliced bread. The production is part of several other production
lines installed in the company that facilitates production of numerous varieties of puffs,
cakes, muffins, sweets, and croissants among others, all of which the company sells
under the Dahabi brand.
