Since the slope is given, you can use slope-intercept form to solve the problem

y=mx+b

m=-6

So y=-6x+b

Now input (-2,-3)

-3=-6*(-2)+b

-3=12+b

b=-15

So the equation is y=-6x-15

The standard form of this is 6x+y=-15
