Strengths Quest curriculum
The StrengthsQuest test is self-assessment tool that is composed of 34 themes.
These were from Gallup's study which based on the successful people studied over
many years. Each of the 34 themes have several talents and these can be natural,
repeating patterns of thoughts, or behaviors. Strengths play a large role in this test.
Strengths are out to the test by providing consistent tools to measure the skills of the
students in the program. All types of personalities are valuable to this program.
Whether you are a professional or a student, this works wonders. It is important to
focus on the strengths because they provide insights to better assess one's talents.
My personal experience with the program has been life-changing. Because of this
seminar, I became more aware of my skills. I knew that I was interested in doing
some things but I never actually believed that I can do them. When I was a kid, I
wasn't aware of the things that I was interested in. So participating in this seminar
was a big step for me and was vital build up my confidence. I found it amazing how
the seminar made me realize that my skills can help me better determine which
areas I excel in.
Pathway U Career Exploration
Pathway U Career Exploration is mostly used in to guide students to find the career
for the students. It is a counseling program that exists in universities. PathwayU
makes use of scientific algorithms for the students to be able to choose their own
potential careers. Right now, I can say that I haven't figured out my course yet. I
guess this is because I have my ideas in mind and I am quite overwhelmed by them.
My experience from PathwayU started off when I took multiple exams to know myself
better. After the examinations, I was given a copy of my responses. After taking the
assessment, your responses will be recorded and at the same time analyze bt
various experts. There are many career options to choose from and that will solely
based on your responses. In addition, PathwayU also offers some lectures on
resume writing and offers tips to score a job by delivering exceptional answers in job
interviews. PathwayU has significantly paved a way for students to be come more
engaging and have the confidence to do so. Therefore, PathwayU showed that
career hunting isn’t an easy job and students are the most problematc about the topic
because most children shy away from the matters regarding the matter of job hunting.
